The Carbon Arms backbone puts 24 rounds on your belt in the most compact configuration on the market.  TWIN and QUAD load from the backbone as you need to.  Comes with a belt loop on each end.  Fast and secure.

Some customers have added an elastic strap, or added Velcro to custom configure the backbone.
